Council seeks residents’ feedback on council tax booklet

Sutton Council has launched a new survey asking residents for their feedback on the recently distributed council tax booklet.

Every year Sutton Council sends out an information booklet about the council services provided and explains how resident’s payments make a difference.

By completing the survey you will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win £50 cash.

The survey is part of a review of information and advice services in the borough and will run from 28 April to 18 May 2014. The survey is open to all of the borough’s residents and can be accessed via the following link: http://bitly.com/council-tax-leaflet-survey

Julie Turner, Sutton Council’s Head of Revenues, Benefits, Insurance and Pensions said:

“The council tax booklet survey is very important, we want to find out how helpful this booklet is, if people read it and what people find useful. As a council we want to ensure that all residents can have their say and help us in providing information and advice in an accessible way that suits them.”

“I hope that as many residents as possible will take part in this survey and give us their feedback.”
